Starting an RFP / Single City

In general, you can use the Croowy platform yourself and start an RFP from scratch or duplicate and modify previous version. Or the Croowy team and the platform logic do the pre-work for you. Depending on your preferences!

There are three different ways to create a new RFP from scratch. Each newly created RFP will be empty unless you duplicate an existing RFP.

From the Dashboard – Recently Viewed Hotels: From this section, users can quickly start creating an RFP by clicking the respective orange buttons.

From the Hotels Tab: Here you can first search for hotels around a given airport, shortlist the hotels, and then create a new RFP based on the shortlisted hotels.

From the RFP Tab: In most cases, users create an RFP by navigating to the RFP tab. Clicking the respective buttons at the top of the page will create a new Single-City or Multi-City RFP (for that, please refer to the next chapter).

Once the user has successfully created an RFP, the RFP will open in the first tab Destinations/Hotels.
