Registration

(1) This page describes registration for hotels. Here we describe registration for airlines or registration for hotel groups.
(2) If you are using a Cookie-blocker or your browser in Incognito Mode, please make sure to allow the cookies for Croowy. Otherwise you will not be able to login.

You can register and start the free trial by:

On the registration page you will see a form similar to the one below:

Hint: The registration of a hotel should be done by the person who will administer the hotel on Croowy. This can be a Hotel manager or someone from the Hotel’s Sales department. Upon registration we will assign the admin role to this person. After registration the admin can add other hotel admins or hotel users with limited rights.

  • Hotel vs Airline Account: At the top you see a checkbox to choose if you want to register as hotel or airline.
  • Hotel Name: This text field has an auto-complete functionality and tries to suggest hotels from our database of 1.2M hotels (powered by GIATA) as soon as you type more than 3 letters. It is very likely that your hotel is already pre-loaded in our database and it’s important that you choose this existing data entry and only create a new hotel if you can’t find your hotel through the search. If your hotel is not in our database we will manually verify that your hotel exists to ensure a high level of data integrity. Having your hotel already in our database is convenient for you as it’s likely that we already have
    • hotel photos,
    • your hotels exact location,
    • property descriptions
    • your facilities,
    • etc.
  • Hotel Group: If your hotel is associated with a certain hotel group or brand you can enter this information here. There are the following 3 scenarios:
    1. We have your hotel already in our database and it is assigned to a hotel group

      In this case you can’t change the hotel group assignment at registration. In case the assignment is wrong please register anyway and sent us an email to admin@croowy.de so that we can fix the issue.
    2. We have your hotel already in our database and it is not assigned to a hotel group
      • In this case we allow you to specify a hotel group if you are part of one.

      • Simply click on the “X” to remove the “Not part of hotel group” and to start typing.
      • Similar to the hotel name field we allow you to choose any of our existing hotel groups or to specify a new hotel group
    3. We do not have your hotel in our database
      • In this case you can proceed as mentioned in point 2.
  • Your Full Name: The full name of the person performing the registration.
  • Email: The email address of the person performing the registration. This will be used for log-in purposes, email notifications and communication with the Croowy Team.
    • Use your corporate email address and do not use gmail.com or other 3rd party email provider addresses.
    • In case your email address is not similar to the domain we’ve stored for your hotel in our database, we will manually verify your account to make sure that only employees of a certain hotel can claim administration of the hotel on Croowy.
  • Password: A secure password which must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase, one number and one special case character
  • Check boxes: You need to accept our Terms and Privacy Policy as well as notification from Croowy. The notifications are not advertisement, but notifications regarding new RFPs in your city, messages from Airlines and product updates.

Once you’ve filled out the form the button “Request Account” will get enabled and you’ll be able to click it for finishing the registration of your hotel.

You’ll be redirected to the login page. Before you can log-in, please verify your email address. We’ve sent a verification email to your provided email address.

Hint: In some cases your Mail-Provider might block these kind of emails. If you don’t receive a verification email, please send us an email to admin@croowy.de so that we can manually verify your email address.

To provide a high level of data integrity we need to manually verify that you are legitimate if

  • your hotel is not yet in our hotel database or
  • if you assigned a new hotel group to your hotel or
  • your email didn’t fit the domain name of the hotel

This manual verification might take up to 48 hours and you’ll be only able to login after we’ve completed verification.

After you’ve verified your email (and potentially Croowy manually verifying your account) you can finally login to the Croowy platform.
